it is available in bulk it comes in packaging of 6 so buy a few 6 packs Any bigger will possible cause only a portion to be used and once open other contaminates could create waste of this wonderful product. Use 2+ cups of liquid and it makes more than 4 cups...... Call the company to chat with them and tell them what ever concerns you?? THEY USE 100% RECYCLED PAPERBOARD !!!! that is great and certainly 'GREEN' (see bottom of package) Good luck............ I love my organic mashed potato
