I expected more...
Beings this is Bob Ross brand gesso I expected it to be a bit better. I don't feel that it's very good because it didn't seem to spread evenly with a brush. It was very uneven on my canvas despite me trying to spread it evenly and lightly. It also tends to leave tiny bubbles as you are spreading it that if you don't catch will be a hassle when the canvas dries. I've applied two thin coats to a black canvas but am less than impressed sadly.
