DisneyPixar Cars: Guido & Luigi Diecast Vehicle

Looks great but smaller than I expected

Love these little figurines. And so does my cars-obsessed 3-year-old. They are sturdy, have a good weight, and great detail. I know some we’re disappointed by the size, which I understand. They are significantly smaller than your typical 1:55 car. But they are relative size. Therefore, if you use Lightening McQueen as a baseline for a 1:55 car, then Luigi and Guido are the size they should be relative to that size Lightening. They are a lot smaller than the other cars in the movie, so they tried to keep them true to size in the figures too. I included a photo from the movie to compare relative size.

Bought for my 2 year old son who recently fell in love with the movie. They are small so I was worried he would lose them, but so far so good. I will say the forklift hurts like a bugger when you step on it. :) haha

All metal perfect little cars. Guido and Luigi are too cute and built to last. I've read other reviews about people negatively giving feedback on their size .... yes they are smaller than McQueen die-cast but they reflect the size comparison to the other vehicles in the movie. They are smaller just like the characters are.

Perfect addition to my grandsons Cars collection. Just note that they are tiny so little ones need to be supervised.

These guys came quickly and at a good price. My 3 year old keeps saying, "These guys came in the mail." after we tried to find them at a few brick and motar stores he was very surprised to see them show up. As with all of the Mattel diecast Cars movie toys they are nice quality for a little more money than your average hotwheel.

I got these for my son because he absolutely loves anything to do with Cars the movie. He loves them and plays with them and his lightening McQueen and Mater toys all the time. The quality seems very good. The only issues I have with these are that Guido is really small and could pose a choking hazard to some kids. Also, he's pretty pointy which can prove to be painful when you step on it in the middle of the night. As long as you monitor your kid playing with it (if they are the type to put toys in their mouth), I think this is a great purchase.
