An awesome manga with an awesome artwork
The manga was really good but it has some damaged parts (very minute). But the artwork was really good at the same time the artwork became a negative one because the book was 60% filled with artwork, story was not conveyed very much and you can complete this manga in few minutes but the manga is a must buy for your manga collection

Another masterpiece by Kentaro Miura
Truly a masterpiece of a volume, beautiful illustrations, great storyline and breathtaking panels and amazing character progression. One of the best volumes in berserk

"It's within darkness... that true light is discovered..."
The best quote ever from the best character ever. This volume contains some of the best panels in berserk, and maybe the most edgy story for a side character yet, involving the murder of a newborn kid and the suicide of a mother.

It just got real... again!
With no signs of slowing down, Berserk continues its truly epic story with a battle between the resurrected Band of the Hawk and monsters created by the ascended Kushan emperor Ganishka. The fight is visceral, par for the course with Berserk, and as all fans have come to expect the artwork is utterly fantastic. Kentaro Miura's ability to create unique and completely original monsters I would say is unrivaled in all of the manga, comics or any other visual medium I've encountered. It all comes to a head when Griffith makes his way through the clouds to the top of the emperor and quite literally rips the entire world a new one. 34 volumes in Berserk has reached an entirely new level of ridiculousness, a feat I'm sure many doubt would even be possible.Of course for anyone who's made it to volume 33 they're more than likely not going to get 34 just because someone recommends it, but I'll say it anyway. BUY THIS BOOK! It's difficult to find a story that can stretch across this much time that still has its original aim and hasn't wavered, which Berserk has done and more. Not only has it kept a constant story with unforgettable characters, epic levels of violence and cruelty, a keen sense of morbid/dark humor as well as some truly heart-rending emotion, but it has provided some of the most accurate and biting social and political commentary I've ever encountered.I have one incredibly minor complaint which shouldn't have any bearing on someone's desire to buy this book, and that is Guts and his crew are only in it for two two-page spreads (actually, it's only Guts who appears twice). However I'm well aware that the Millennium Falcon Arc needed to come to an end and having chapters back on Roderick's ship would have severely broken up the flow of this final battle.All-in-all volume 34 has laid the groundwork for Griffith to do something incredible that has already begun to change the entire face of the planet (which we actually see for the first time in this volume). The lines of reality and fantasy have been blurred and it's pretty obvious that the Black Swordsman is going to have a lot of work in front of him whenever he and his rag-tag band return from Skellig Island

incredable
this is probably the best volume to buy if you are going to buy a single one. it has amazing art, good amounts of dialogue (even a full backstory) and some of the most impactful moments in the series
