I bought this for my little heart warrior, especially since it's cold and flu season. I had him in his stroller sitting outside my son's classroom while I went to grab my son. He was covered with a stroller cover, but someone walked by and touched his hands! Not sure why strangers think this is ok. I put the sign on and haven't had an issue since. In fact, I had another mom come ask where I got it so she could tell a heart mom friend. Great purchase!
