PERFECT FOR CLASSICAL OR SOLO GUITAR PLAYERS
It feels like you're playing a real classical guitar and because it's hollow-body you can also hear yourself very clearly. But I realize that I wasn't going to use it for classical or solo guitar, but more as part of my Latin-jazz trio, and for such a set-up it wouldn't be the best choice. I consider the action (the length from string to the fretboard) to be too high for me, and the wider neck would slow down my soloing. Also, having less higher frets turned out to be a disadvantage for soloing since I do also solo along these higher frets. But I'm still giving it a 5-star because for a classical guitar player I think it would be perfect.

Good sound quality, with intonation issues
I received my Godin 012817 Multiac guitar quickly from Amazon and it arrived in good (brand new) condition. Unfortunately it has intonation issues on a couple of the strings where they go very flat when fretted above the 7th fret. The action is also fairly high, which may contribute to the intonation problem but I’m not sure. I have set up a return/exchange thru Amazon to get a replacement guitar and see if it is any better. If not then I’ll likely take my chances with having a local guitar tech look at it to see if both the action and intonation issues can be solved. With that said, with a little bit of reverb and some judicious EQ’ing this guitar sounds fantastic through a few different amps that I tried. I was getting some feedback, though, and I’m not sure whether that was due to the reverb setting I was using, or because I was using two amps in stereo, or something inherent to the guitar electronics. I’ll keep an eye on it and follow up this review later. It’s very fun to play (save for the high string action) and sounds nice. It’s also unique looking, and I think nice looking, which is important to me as it will be hanging on the wall and therefor part of our home decor. I am certainly hoping I am able to make one of these guitars work as far as the playability and intonation issues are concerned. I’ll revisit this review after I receive the replacement guitar.
