Solid and heavy; fit receiver well. I never plan to tow that much weight but wanted something sturdy.

Matches up to heavy duty 1 1/4 shank balls. Sometimes you need to haul things heavier than the 5000# that standard ball mounts are rated for. The 2” shank will fit on any receiver since everyone carries the sleeves for larger hitches. I had a class V tubular ball mount before but it seems logical to just pay more for a solid 2” ball mount that pretty much fits any hitch for any sane use.

I now have a spartan battling ram for a hitch. This thing is chonky, heavy, and made my original hitch look like a toy. I pity the shin that hits this. Would buy again, but pretty sure this thing will outlive my truck...and probably me.

This is a 17000 lb hitch that should last forever.

Had to use a heavy hitch in the lift position.This fit the bill and worked.

This hitch works great on my 2009 Lexus RX350. It provides the right amount of hitch-rise as recommended by U-Haul.

I liked the size and strength also it does not set off the 150's back up alarm like a pintle hook did. However 2 weeks and I have rust showing around the ball area and now up the shank. Have not pulled the boat yet.
