Positive experience
Its my first spin bike after having an upright one for so long. This spin bike is very firm and rigid on the main frame, im 5'8, 64kg and on the lowest height settings is very comfortable to use. The main frame comes pre-assembled so all you are doing is attaching the seat, legs and handle bar which is simple if you follow the instructions. The only drawbacks is you can hear the friction as you up the resistance in a silent room, however in a busy household or music playing its unnoticeable. After an hour use your bottom feels a bit aching but it wares off after you continue your normal day.The monitor is very basic, maybe its just technology has not been updated for the past 20 years. You can easily place an ipad on the handle though.A general mention is you have to wear trainers at all times as the foot grips are designed that way, wearing trainers has a good grip when you cycle fast and not once has it come out of the grip.A good tip for everyone any size any resistance for general use, medium or fast pace. While you use it, watch your favourite morning show and you wont realise the time passed. I have not done an actual spin bike high intensity workout so other reviews can help you with that.Purchased September 2020.

Great for the Price
Item delivered 3 days early, driver brought item into the house as my wife couldn't manage it. Great!Assembly was very straightforward, took myself less that 30 minutes on my own. Great!Build quality is good - the main part of the bike seems sturdy enough, pretty heavy. As I added and fixed the further parts I noticed the quality overall was good. Seat moves and loosens so needs re-securing from time to time. Handlebars when fully tightened still move ever so slightly.Comfort - pedals are fine as long as you have footwear on due to the metal grips. Handles are OK, the foam covering is just about thick and soft enough to be comfortable. The seat is dreadfully uncomfortable, so very uncomfortable! Looks nice, quite wide but a similar feeling to sitting on a pile of jagged bricks. The seat adjustment adequately covers my height of 6ft 2.Functionality - the belt seems pretty good and fairly smooth when increasing and decreasing the resistance. The computer/monitor seems ok, very budget in build and function.I've used this half a dozen times so far and happy enough.

Brilliant spin bike!
Bought this spin bike due to not being able to go running anymore (runner's knee). Fits perfectly in my garage and very quiet! You could easily have this in your home but highly recommend buying the mat for it to sit on. Relatively easy to assemble ( I did it myself and I am a petite lady). Bit of trouble adjusting the handle bar height and tightening the nuts on the pedals which needed a bit of force and help! Use this at least 3 times a week and i find the saddle comfortable now i have got used to it. Resistance is easy to change with the knob under the handle bars. Very easy to complete hiit work outs.pros- quiet, no need for electric supply, easy to adjust resistance, easy to move about, good value for moneyCons - some parts difficult to adjust but hope this improves over time, have to tighten nuts every now and again.

Small, cheap but OK spin bike.
This bike is actually quite small. If you're over 5'8",then this bike is too small for you. I'm 5'8" and a half, my knees brush the handle bars when out of the saddle climbing. It's quite cheaply made. The first thing I noticed is how small the box was that it came in and how light it was. The computer is very poor and doesnt actually lock into the bike at all. It fell off within seconds of starting my first workout, as did the plastic cover that goes over the headset and the end of the pedals. The pedals are also very cheap and poorly made. It's easy to build, with good instructions and tools, although I'd use proper spanners if I were you. The saddle is awful, not a fitness product at all. It's the sort of thing you find on very cheap bikes for comfort. Seat adjust is fairly limited. I've emailed to ask if they have a longer seat post. The handle bar adjustment is again too low, I've asked for a longer steering post. You can't adjust the angle of the bars for comfort. There is no bottle holder for your water bottle or anywhere to put your phone. Resistance is OK, although it takes a while to get the right balance. It rides OK, I got a good sweat on. I did Les Mills RPM on it and it was OK. Nothing like as good as a gym spin bike. Overall, it's OK, but I'm not overly impressed. I wish I had checked more reviews as I may have chosen a different bike.

Great value
Great value exercise bike. It was very easy to put together, the instructions very clear and every tool you need is included. It is light enough to easily move about and is very quiet in use. Not the most comfortable saddle in the world but it’s ok and there is enough back/forward adjustment to position it correctly. The customer service is excellent. The first bike arrived slightly damaged (looks like it happened in the factory in China, the packaging is so good it could have been thrown around without damage!) but customer service were fast, efficient and courteous and immediately shipped another bike out. There was no requirement to return the damaged one so I’ve got a few spare parts now (and a bike frame to dispose of, but that’s another story). Very happy.
