Beard wash and beard conditioner came in a nice box with a sticker. Both bottles have instructions on them so products are easy to use. I had mine with eucalyptus scent which is really great. Using these helped me to regain fresh look of my skin (I suffer from dry skin), these products have argan and jojoba oils, which help to moisturise the skin from within (instead of making it oily/greasy on top layer). After few uses my condition improved so I am really satisfied with the purchase and likely will be buying again once my bottles run out.

I have tried a couple of other products. I have to say, I notice the difference in my beard when I use this brand, I highly recommend it as it won't feel like you are putting any harsh chemicals but rather quality and well-balanced components, now in my case it does not get my beard soft as advertised, however, I can still notice that it does a great job at helping me care for it and keep it nice, tidy and growing healthy.

Great shampoo and the conditioner notably softens the beard and has a tingling 'murray mint' aroma to it that lingers for a short while. My only gripe is with the packaging, or more to the point the little aluminium seal at the top of the bottle. Maybe I'm fussy but I prefer to peel these off.. but with these bottles it's impossible to remove the tabs as they are stuck down fast. I ended up ruining the conditioner on account of having to pierce the tab and it disintegrating into the bottle once I'd attempted to remove it. Not a happy bunny. Other than that, these products seem to be pretty good.

Having used many different beard products and often been disappointed or appalled at the price; this product is a real breath of fresh air. I love this shampoo and conditioner set. The scent is fantastic and it really leaves your beard soft and manageable. My skin often gets irritated by many products but not this one. I’m genuinely impressed and will be buying again. Well done guys.

My beard is so soft my 2 year old won’t leave it alone and uses it to help her sleep XD don’t get any in your eye stings like a mother XD

Love the end result for my beard - feels so good after a wash! Am not a fan of the mint in it, but that's just personal preference

Not only do these products keep my goatee looking great, (no flaking!) The smell is fantastic. Eucalyptus I believe!!!Nice!!!!

I first bought these as stocking stuffers for my husband at Christmas last year. He has had a long beard for the past 7 + years. He told me it's been one of the beast products he's used over the years...so I ofcourse ordered more for his birthday, fathers day and our anniversary 🤣
