Q: will this fit on a weaver rail?

Yes, it fits both weaver and dove tail. Depending on how it is assembled upon arrival, you may need to flip the included intermount braces. The braces are not permanently attached to the sight, the braces clamp to the sight and rail together with the machine screws pictured. Very easy to tell which orientation because of the size difference between rail types. No additional parts needed.

Q: Will it fit on a Kingman Spyder MR1? Or is the MR1's rail to short?

You don't provide what the MR1 rail length is, so I would say I don't know. However, if you look at the sight specs, it gives 2.2 inches as the length. So, I'd use that as a starting point, and I do know the sight mounts can be shortened by sliding them along the base of the rail.

Q: would this work for a woodsball paintball gun where there is distance?

It would "work", not a ton of room for elevation needed to compensate for ball drop at extended range. Unless you have an Armson rifled barrel, you will have the normal "drop" of your paintballs at extended range. Also, I'm not sure how "waterproof" this is. Half the time I'm hit by a paintball the gun takes the hit. My sight is on my 7yr old daughter's .22 cal. rifle. Can't beat it for the price.
