The heats or cools very quickly, quiet, we leave the light on 24/7 for midnight water fills and it’s never gone out. We had a slight leak in the middle spout recently but it seems to have fixed itself. Very happy with the dispenser. If it needed to be replaced I’ll be buying the same one! Great product!

Have been using this for over a month now. Very quiet. Very nice aesthetic. We love it. We bought the No Spill tops to recap our Primo bottles and refill them at the local water machine across the street. We are definitely drinking WAY more water now and bought a bottle stand to hold 3 bottles in the garage. No major issues. Only things to note are: the water is fairly cold but not crazy cold. (I would have LOVED crazy cold, but I can live with the cold-enough. I can always throw in some ice cubes from the freezer if I need crazy cold on a hot summer day.) I wish the night-light lit up the cold side better (far right) since that's the side I use most often, but it's still good enough to see that I don't overfill my cup in the middle of the night.5 months later: Still works great, still loving it, rarely crave soda or Crystal Light anymore. We're never NOT going to have one of these in our home rest of our lives.

I always like to prefer drinking cold water over soda pop, energy drinks and the like whenever I can. However, during the COVID restrictions, it is defeinitely harder, if not impossible, to get a free drink of water at a public water fountain, or just a refill of ice water at the local convenience store.After seeing more and more 5-gallon water coolers in offices and in medical practices, I gave it thought about getting one for the home. Bottled water has less chemicals and tastes way better than municipal tap water, and a water cooler gives you colder water than what most tap water faucets can do most of the year. And 5-gallon water refills are way cheaper and more eco-friendly than buying a case of water when you want it on the fly.The Primo Water cooler is as quiet as a small refrigerator, easy to assemble, and easy to maintain. It sits by our kitchen, and we usually go through a 5-gallon bottle of water a week to 10-days. After drinking water from the dispenser after a while, then getting a drink of water from the faucet, you'll appreciate the taste of the bottled water pretty quick.The hot water option is good for getting water for coffee, tea or those cups of ramen noodle instant lunches. The water does come out hot enough for most tastes.Primo also has refill stations at our local grocery store, with options to refill your current bottles, swap out your used bottles for new, pre-filled bottles, or purchase additional bottles. *NOTE* you do not have to purchase or use Primo-branded products for your dispenser -- they WILL be compatable with most 5-gallon bottle makers and will dispense water from most any source -- I would recommend purified/filtered bottled water vendors to keep your dispenser free from chemicals that could accumulate in your dispenser. We reuse and refill our bottles rather than swap out for new ones each time as we keep the empties in a protected, sheltered location.The Primo dispenser also has separate toggle switches to turn on or off the small LED light which is where the water dispenses, the heating element for the hot water and the cooling element for the coldest water. The light is just bright enough to show where it is (the dispensing area) in the dark, but it is subtle enough that it will not light up the entire room like a regular nightlight would.They also give you coupons for a free 5-gallon "starter bottle" and a free 5-gallon refill (which in our area is normally about $2.00 -- which gives you an idea on how much you can save refilling your existing bottle(s) when you run out. vs swapping them for new bottles or having your water bottles delivered by a vendor).And yes, I find myself drinking more water at home than what I used to because of the convenience factor and that it can be instantly ice cold without needing ice cubes.

This replaced my GE cooler which broke down after 10 years. This Primo dispenses water much faster.The cold is cold and the hot is hot. I never use the middle cool tab. My GE had a nice storage area on the bottom.But it was taller because of it which made it harder to load the 5 gallon water bottles.The Primo doesn't have any storage and is quite a it shorter which makes it a lot easier to load the water bottles.The manual tells you to keep about 4 inches from the wall. I see why because it can get hot in the back if it doesn't get enough ventilation. The Primo is a much better looking cooler than my GE.This Primo is a very nice water cooler. It does its job very well

Hot water comes out hot, right away.Cold water is crisp and quite cold.It even has a cool setting if cold is too intense and a little night light.This product is great...when it is working properly.I received my cooler mid-May and got almost 5 full months of use out of it.However it seems this product is not very sturdy as what I imagine would have been negligable effects of replacing water jugs (I made it through nine 5 gallon jugs before it leaked the entire contents of my 10th onto my floor in a night) seems to have ruined a seal somewhere in there.My cooler is now leaking from the rear face panel and it runs past the grille which has exposed wires. Its rather unsettling and not something that had concerned me until I saw the water dripping down...Update: Ive called Primo and they are sending a replacement as it was still covered under their own warranty. Im not sure how long it is good for but it definitely goes past the amazon return period.This is a great water cooler, although I am suspicious of its durability as it has seen nothing aside from what relatively little wear and tear comes from replacement of the water jugs.

I am so grateful I invested in this item. Not only does it reduce the amount of plastic you utilize, but the quality of the item is fantastic! I've had this for over a year now, maybe more, and I wouldn't replace it for anything else. It's easy to use, its functioning great and it's saving the earth. What more could you ask for?

Love this product! Love that the water can be hot, cool, or cold! We have had no issues and it works awesome and it has been awesome not having to buy individual bottled water. The only complaint is that its low to the ground so when you fill your water you have to bend quite a ways. It hasn't been an issue for us, but I could see where that could pose an issue for some and in that case you would want to go with the one where the water reservoir is at the bottom rather than the top! Great price, great quality, would recommend!
