Or at least my son thinks so, this is part of his medieval costume props. This is a nice item. It has a stainless steel cup that is easily removable for cleaning, which allows one to drink from the cup if desired. The removable cup isn’t very big, it reminds me of the metal cup that is on the end of those old green Thermos bottles.
