Celtic Tara Harp
The harp includes an instruction book on tuning and a tuning key and replacement strings. The harp itself is lovely. I found it easy to tune by ear and the first song Eva could start to play was Hark the Herald Angels Sing. Glory to the Newborn King! Thanks.

The harp shown was not the one we recieved!
We contacted the seller (Wayfair) and they did give us a small credit- we found the one we actually got listed under its correct name (Roosebeck Baby Harp)for quite a bit less. The harp we got is quite nice but we felt misled by the photo and discription- when you are selling online these should be reliable if you want buyers to trust you in the future! So Buyer beware

My harp arrived in good condition and on time
My harp arrived in good condition and on time. I am pleased with the quality and tone of the harp. It required many days of retuning, however, before it stayed in tune. The strings kept streatching. This was to be expected.

Poor business standards and practices
I bought what I thought was a 22 string Celtic Harp as listed in the photo ad here, (which has since been changed since contacting the company)I explained that I recieved a 12 string whenI had ordered a 22 string as advertised. It was listed as a Rosewood and Mahogany 20.5 inch 22 string celtic knot harp. When I read through the ad after seeing other harps, I thought I had found a great deal. I had seen 12 string Harp made by the same manufacturer and sold through Roosebeck on other amazon and google links for a lot less money. But I was amazed to find listed a 22 string 3 octave haro for a wonderful price. Yeah Not so much now that I know the truth. When I emailed the company I was informed that the ad was a "Mix up" and they quickly fixed that problem. Though willing to refund the money, I was willling to work with them to save us both some hassel, though I did include a link to another amazon approved site that listed a 12 string, same model and maker harp along to the company just to prove my point. Following email I received after sending a link of the same harp sold by another music dealer for $88 cheaper, I was then insulted in what you would consider was a sublte mock. She proceeded to tell me that I was comparing a mercedes to a chevrolet in quality. So I did some investigating just to make sure and I was right. Same model, same mfg, even made out of Birch, not the listed Rosewood & Mahogany.I will be returning this item as I have found a similar model for far less.I DON'T RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH THE COMPANY. THEY DON'T SELL YOU THE PRODUCT THEY ADVERTISE. BUYER BEWARE. It's safe to say that I will not recommend my fellow musicians to buy from this site. This is poor business.

Don't buy this item==it is bait and switch!
I was choosing between this item and the cheaper Roosebeck Baby Harp of Birch for around $112 dollars. This was more beautiful and promised rosewood and mahogany construction. What I received was the Roosebeck Baby Harp of Birch, not the Celtic Tara Harp shown. Not cool to advertise a nicer product and then ship the cheaper product. Amazon, you should take this page down and put the advertising on the correct product.
