Paint is poor ! One thin coat it appears, When i extended it the first time the yellow part of boom while sliding out peeled its own paint off, Quite a bit of slop between the inner and outer part of boom, probably fine for indoor use only, If its used outside or where its humid it will be pretty rusty pretty quick ! Its pretty beefy though , I would not have paid this much if i had seen it in person, You will agree it should be about half of its current price

Quality is better than expected.
