That is not a heel strap!
I bought these because I need a shoe with a heel strap. That is not a heel strap. Doesn't even come close. The image shown is misrepresenting the product. Big time no no. Very disappointed. The piece of Crocs's material that comes up on the inside of my foot, the piece that's connected to the strap, cuts into and rubs my foot. Had to return these.
