Fish Breeding Box, Tiberham Acrylic Floating Fish Hatchery Isolation Box, Double Layer Fry Hatching Incubator Breeding Rearing Trap, Aquarium Tank Fish Parenting Container Divider with Suction Cups

This is a great little box. I needed it for some new born fry that found swimming around in my tank. It’s great as it has slots that allow the water from the rest of the tank to flow through, meaning the water is filtered and the correct temperate. The suction cups are pretty good and haven’t come unstuck. The bottom of the box can float away from the side a little, but it’s never been a problem. I find it hard to clean the box as it is so small, so there is unused food sitting on the bottom of it, but it’s not harming the babies so that’s not a problem for me.

The media could not be loaded. Really good product. Holds extremely well to the side of the tank (maybe a little too well)Good size for initial birthing fish but wouldn’t keep the fry in too long as it would be quite small.The middle part removes so once the fish has given birth you can remove it and the middle section to give the fry more room. I also love the fact there’s a lid on it as it stops the pregnant fish jumping out which is a problem I had with a different product

This is a prefect way to separate baby fish from the rest of the aquarium - without having to have another tank. Yes this is a small box but the fry are tiny. so it feels like the appropriate size.

Product is ok it can do for small fish but anything like a molly or swordtail it is too small consider buying something larger

Bought this as we had a very poorly fish. He struggled to get his buoyancy and this helped as the water was shallow allowing him to swim to the top. Have also recently used for a pregnant fish who was getting harassed by other fish. She immediately settled as if she was exhausted. There's a separate section which allows the fry to swim through so they are protected by both mum and the other fish. There are two small feeding holes at the top. Good value for money.

Several defects in the plastic from manufacture. Also chips in the rim.Yet to put it in the tank, currently sterilising, fingers crossed suction cups are good enough.I don't recommend.

Brilliant easy to use, put it in my tank for my pregnant guppy to inspect, once she was use to it, I waited until she was hiding behind it, this is when I knew she was ready, so I put her inside the top section, 2 hours later she was giving birth, most of the fry drop down to the lower section so she doesn’t eat them, then when she was done I removed her so she didn’t get too stressed, then lift the middle section out so the fry have more space to swim about, perfect until they are a bit bigger to go in main tank, I would like to see a cover for these like maybe a black net to cover it, because it teases all the other fish, they hover the box seeing live food to them, so just think it would b a good idea to cover it.
