Our elderly Shih Tzu began having "accidents" on the carpet. We bought this because we've used it in the past and liked the way it cleaned up dirty spots from soiled shoes or door seal rubs on the carpet. The best thing is how it cleans, but also liked that it eliminated the odor of urine. We think the scent is pleasant and prevents our dog from thinking it is the place to "go" when he can't alert us to going outside to do his business. I also spilled an entire cup of coffee in the hallway, and this did a fantastic job of cleaning up the coffee/creamer mess to the point that we could not tell exactly where it fell! Outstanding performance.

I really love this stuff really works well getting rid of odors. Plus it also works to keep cats from pooping or peeing in the same spot over and over again. The only thing I was really disappointed about was the way it was package and the way that it came. It came in a box. inside the box it was a plastic clear bag that had a tie around it. in the bag was the little sprayer part at bottom of the bag, and then the bottle was right beside it. As you see in the picture it came with spraying part off. I was really upset that that came like that my husband and I tried to put the spray thing back on but it wouldn't stay on in fact I end up cutting my hand trying to use the bottle to spray. Had to end up opening top of the bottle and putting a another spray thing inside.I didn't send it back or complain at the time because we were packing up to move and I was already stressed.I took this picture when I first received the item a few months back but forgot to take a picture of the bag.I don't know what I did with the plastic bag because we moved since then. If it wasn't for the way it came I would give 5 stars because I really do like the product.

Worked for me. I had a cat pee in our garage and I didn’t clean it for about 2 months. The smell seemed like it would come and go, some days pretty bad while others just a hint. Once the weather warmed up to the 50’s I pulled everything out of half the garage doing the sniff test on each item to segregate them. I sprayed a 3’ by 20’ area on the floor following the instructions. The smell was strong initially but after 8 hours with fans running and windows open it wasn’t bad. We let it dry overnight and the next day it smelled fine in the garage. It’s been a week and the pee smell is gone. I cleaned all the shelving as well and tossed things I felt would absorb the pee smell. It was a lot of work to get the smell out of the garage because I had to move everything and clean things individually, but this stuff worked excellent for me. I also use it to clean up the daily cat vomit in the garage as well (the cat had a medical condition) and it works well for that. When this bottle empties I will be buying another. Overall, it worked well in the garage being used on hard surfaces. I didn’t use it on carpet so I don’t know how well it works there. I am satisfied with my purchase.

One of our cats started spraying, apparently in response to stress. This did the trick to remove stains and odors, both those we can smell and apparently what the cats can smell as he has not re-marked those areas.

This is by far father best pet stain/oder remover I have purchased. Spray it, let it work far a few minutes and it does the job. Highly recommend

Works as advertised and Redj smells good too. Use this to remove cat pee smell from cat enclosure and it works a lot. Thank you.

This product does well to help combat odor, but it doesn't treat the area so well as to prevent future elimination in the same spot. I've literally dumped the bottle onto the floor and still, wet spots everyday in the same spot from my cat. Doesn't do very well for stains, either. Ended up getting rid of the carpet. Vinyl flooring isn't stained but kitty keeps going on the floor in the same exact spot. Helps odor but that's it.
