This is a good book for planning out observations of the language classroom. I used it for that but mostly because it was required for my coursework. It is only for that. It was a good book.

The media could not be loaded. Observation training is very important and within a classroom environment it is even more important. With the recent violence within our schools and the fact that bullying has become commonplace, the need for teachers and administrators to observe student behavior has never been so critical. This book is good but leaves me with some questions. I do recommend it as worth your time and investment.
