Delicious! This is a flavorful, delicious, healthy oil. Seed oils, like Canola, are supposed to be bad for us. Wrong ratio of essential fatty oils. Walnut oil is a healthful oil, unrefined, and cold pressed, for the cleanest expression of the oil. Unlike almond oil, this has a clear and distinct walnut taste, so it will not work if you need a tasteless background oil.
