Cheap Chux is excellent provider of high quality incontinence items.
These liners are perfect for placing inside of Tranquility pull up or wrap around adult diapers. For several hrs of protection I place 1 TopLiner onto the diaper inside, as shown in product photo. Then, I place another TopLiner sticky side onto the top of the first one. When away for 2-4 hrs from bathroom, I can carefully and slowly remove the 2nd TopLiner that has filled to max. The 1st TopLiner and pull up diaper are dry and can last 2-3 more hrs. Excellent setup for heavy overnight output also. Hope the method I described could be helpful to someone and help save money by reusing the dry pull-up.I have zero urine control from late side effects of radiation therapy to pelvic floor from 27 years ago. So, I have research on many, many incont. supplies. With my experience with Cheap Chux and the Tranquility pull-ups and liners for over two years now, I can write with 100% truth that the seller and brand of product, has never failed or fallen below 5 stars.Soon I will be scheduled for my dbl ostomies of colostomy and ostomy for failed bladder. Looking forward to dry pelvic floor skin!Stay away from depends, they are junk for your money. I can't emphasize enough to purchase this TopLiner from this seller, cheap chux.

Good booster pads.
Okay, I like these, because they're just a little narrower than the Northshore, so you don't have to squish them to fit into the diaper. The first package cost 9.21. Less than a month later the price is at 12.29. Why does Amazon do this?. It is like this with almost everything I buy, even if I go back right after I bought the first one to buy the second one the price has increased by 3, 4 or$5. What's going on here?

Drops to 3 star because of new adhesive
With the new adhesive you have to be very careful when peeling off the back tape or the entire pad will rip. This new glue is terrible. While very sticky, when a patient is attempting to add these pads now, 9/10 times they rip up the back destroying the adhesiveness and the pad. The new pads are also thinner - more like pantyliners rather than a pad. What a mess.Used to be 5 star product all around but this change really affects whether we will continue buying this product.

Not helpful for my situation
I bought these while searching for incontinence pads since the brand I use hasn't been in stock for months. I used them on top of another pad and also by themselves. They are very stiff, didn't absorb well (when used on top of another pad they seemed to just let liquid run off it and onto bottom pad, I'd take them off and it would be nearly dry but pad below was soaked). These may be good for others but not for me. That's the problem with these products, you have to try SO many to find one that works.... and then they stop making it and you're back at square one. I used to think "Growing old isn't for sissies" was a joke. Yeah, I'm not laughing at that anymore!

Ends diaper overflow - if inserted properly
We were washing bedding 5 or more times a week, because our 3-yr old routinely drowned even size 6 Huggies Overnite diapers. These pads have put a stop to the overflow and wet bedding. They absorb and hold a large volume of fluid while allowing the diaper to absorb its usual load of fluid. Our child is now 4 and still waking up with a dry bed (and a very heavy, soggy diaper/pad combo). That said, I understand how other reviewers have had disappointing results. I had inconsistent results until I learned how to place the pad correctly. Correct placement might not be possible for small diaper sizes (though at least one reviewer reports good results using the pads on a 1-yr old).To place the pad correctly, first note how a diaper keeps wetness contained. The absorbent portion is inside a waterproof shell with a waistband and elastic leg openings. The waistband and elastic openings hold the edges of the diaper against the skin to prevent the wet part of the diaper from coming into contact with sleepwear or bedding. The pad is like the absorbent portion of the diaper, and relies on the diaper's shell to keep the wet pad isolated. You need to place the pad so that it rests only on the absorbent area of the diaper and doesn't extend into the waistband or the elastic areas on the side. Even the ends of the pad's white "envelope", which extend about an inch beyond each end of the pad, must be kept on the absorbent areas of the diaper. An improperly placed pad will either extend beyond the edge of the diaper, allowing the fluid to wick into sleepwear and bedding, or will expand as it gets wet and thus lift the edge of the diaper and allow bedding and sleepwear to contact wet areas. My initial tendency was to place as much of the pad as I could toward the front of the diaper, thinking that I needed to have maximum pad area where the urine is produced. I was placing the top of the pad near the top of the waistband. This only cut the wet bed mornings in half.No such fine tuning is necessary or helpful, as fluid will spread throughout the entire pad. Just keep the pad confined to the absorbent area of the diaper. These pads are available in a 25-pack ( www.amazon.com/Tranquility-TopLiner-Booster-Diaper-Inserts/dp/B000FCF0AS/ ) if you are reluctant to jump into the 100-pack before knowing if they'll work for you.

Better than Sposies!
This liner is great if you have a nighttime bedwetting problem with your toddler. It's thinner than all the ones I've tried (including Sposies) but it's more absorbent! It also sticks to the diaper so stays in place. I reccomend this product.

Very absorbent
These pads are exactly as described. Use inside my Mom's panty incontinence brief which helps to collect urine overnight, especially. Contemplating trying two side-by-side to avoid leaks. She is almost 97 and does not wake up during the night most nights. If she does, and the liner is wet, she can easily remove and toss it while still being able to wear the brief back to bed. Purchased this brand based on previous reviews. Highly recommend.

These pads hold all caps lots of urine and prevent leaks.
These booster pads are large and very absorbent, increasing the amount of time I can spend in my wheelchair without leaking all over the place! (I am incontinent and in my 70s. I love to sit outdoors in my wheelchair, but was limited before and how long I could spend doing this.)The only downside is that they don’t have adhesive on the back. I have had to purchase double stick tape to place these in a diaper and keep them in place.

I buy this product my husband's ninety year old mother. She prefers this liner above all others.
