It's a great Frittata Pan
I bought this pan to make frittatas and I have made three. Heats evenly across the bottom so I don't get a burned spot on the underside and a few minutes under the broiler do not bother it at all. It's the perfect size for a dinner for two and one piece left over for breakfast or a snack. It is a 2 quart pan in case you were wondering what size it is.

Perfect pan
I have the larger version of this braisier and it is my most versatile piece of cookware. This one is just as great and perfect for stove-top cooking and using in the oven. The best pan to cook egg dishes I'm I've ever used. It's also lightweight and dishwasher safe. Perfect product!

Not dishwasher safe
I love the size of it and got me a lid for it. Using it almost every day. Unfortunately not dishwasher safe though.The outside turned dull after the 1st wash.
