Battery for Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini Galaxy S4 Mini Duos B500AE B500BE + Pathusion Pry Tool

Firstly the delivery did not come with the Pathusion Pry Tool. Glitzy Gizmos say it was a mistake and should no longer appear as part of the deal. Still there on offer isn't it?The battery is no better than the run down battery that it was meant to replace. When I complained, I received replies along the lines that it was impossible for the battery to be faulty and that I had not used it correctly. Given task of fully charging and discharging the battery 5 times before returning it with postage paid by me. Advised to save battery power by disabling wifi !!!
