With a new bracket and a new support plate I replaced my old Bosch Colt router with a 2 hp Huanyang spindle on my Open Builds Lead 1010. It took a while to program it but the included manual had all the info I needed.

This is my second spindle. The difference, as in better, is remarkable. First, this spindle has an internal ground connection that is installed. The supplied cable end is well marked. Instructions were emailed prior to the arrival of the spindle. The spindle has a well finished exterior and I look forward to years of service.

I'm giving this another try. My original was replaced after a year and 3 months (Thanks to insurance) I hope this last longer. Works great when it works. My other when started did not start to rotate without some help. So it was replaced.

I love everything about it and as I said in the title it is a very quiet machine 👏

I bought this spindle to replace my other spindle from another company that broke. Runs quiet on my cnc machine.

My original Huanyang Water Cooled spindle was just over a year old and only had fifty-four hours of use when the bearings failed. When the spindle was disassembled to replace the bearings, It was discovered that the spindle only had three bearings and not four as indicated. When the bearings failed, it damaged the front bearing retainer in the housing, so it would not be cost-effective to repair. Very disappointed with Huanyang Water Cooled Spindle Motor. Not just for the three bearings, but because I only had fifty-four hours of service on the unit and now I have to purchase a new spindle motor. The picture shown has the new bearings installed.

I bought a few of these for a work project. I have no complaints with the motors at all.
