Purchased the orange bag, but received the black one. Contacted customer service, but could not a get a refund or replacement. Instead, received a partial refund and kept the bag due to difficulty of exchange due to it being international and thus my 4star rating only.  The bag itself is nice; size, function, and design suits my style and needs.

My wife loves the pack when we toured the five national parks in Utah during Memorial Day weekend.  Pack is big enough for three 16 oz bottle of water. Bottom packet is good for small items like car key.  Pack is well made.

Great little back. Very well made with lots of pockets and space. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good priced bag. YOU WILL NEED TO GET THE BLADDER. IT DOES NOT COME WITH IT.
