Sturdy, easy to use
I purchased this on recommendation of my podiatrist after ankle surgery. This band has helped me regain full motion in my foot. It is a good value too.

I really like this resistance band
I looked at quite a few different options before deciding on this band. So far it seems to work really well. It gives me a good workout and seems very durable. I will be buying more in the future to use in my at home workouts.

Shoulder rehab
I have a lot of these for shoulder work. I tend to loan them to clients, then never see them again. So I buy more. Use them daily and replace them when they start to wear, which they will.

Great bands! Hold up well.
UPDATE: I did eventually snap the green band.It really hadn't had that much use so was kind of surprising. Thankfully, I was standing on it and doing squats so it snapped to the ground. Black one is pretty frayed but still holding. I went ahead and bought another set since they are pretty useful and durable. These bands have been pretty great the last 3 months. I've put them through the test and all but replaced free weights and dumbbells with them. I stand on them, and wrap them on a squat rack and stretch them to the limits. My black band has taken the most beating. I also get alot of use out of the red and green band. I even have some small tears in some of them and kind of surprised they haven't even come close to snapping yet. I did buy some cheap gloves from Lowes that were extra grippy which can also help if you are using the bands in hand.

Check before each use !
Worked great for two and a half years then snapped while using . Thank god, was not hurt then found another spot where it was spiting as well. So rule of thumb now replace after two years of hard use . As well do a quick stretch inspection. Look for splits along sides, after each use to be safe. Will be getting another one .

Muscle Mommy
I had a baby last spring and I’m trying to get back into shape. This, for me, starts with pull-up training! This band has been super helpful with my training and is incredibly durable! I’m 5’8” 135lb and I got the orange band because I have absolutely NO upper body strength! I loop the band around my pull-up bar, sit in the long loop, and…pull up! It’s helped me so much that I’ve been able to move to a band with much less resistance and can do a lot more upper body workouts! I appreciated that the band wasn’t too expensive either, that was the icing on the cake!I would highly recommend this band for someone wanting to work on their strength training!
