I ordered the word, "Babygirl" in Rose Gold. When it came in, it was better than expected! It was super shiny, there's a bit of weight to the name plate, but still lightweight. They even provide you with a cloth that helps prevent/remove tarnish and maintain the shine (just make sure you don't wash the cloth or it will lose it's effectiveness). I've been wearing every single day since I received the necklace, and I'm constantly getting complimented on it!Prior to them shipping out the necklace, they send you a message/email with a preview of how the name will come out and they will confirm with you whether or not you like the design or if you need to make any changes. Once you've confirmed that you like the style, they ship it out. It typically takes a few weeks since it's shipping from China. I wasn't in any rush to get it, so it was fine with me. It was scheduled to arrive on August 16th to August 19th, but it ended up arriving on August 13th! 3 days early!Also, I must note that the customer service was so helpful and so great. They follow up with you every step of the process and shipment. This purchase was really worth every penny!
