Good holding strength
I'm using four of these in a somewhat unconventional way that nonetheless puts them to the test. As you can see in my attached photo I've mounted them vertically on a wall in my basement as retainers for resistance exercise bands. I needed something that could withstand the higher humidity environment of a basement, and up to 150 lbs of pulling force (or more). I needed them to stand off the wall far enough to allow me to easily slip different bands through to adjust resistance. These work perfectly. Since they're mounted at a wall corner they're tapped into a pair of corner studs. That gives me high confidence they're never going to pull off. I wouldn't try this with sheetrock/plastic mollies. Given my success here, I wouldn't hesitate to use these in a bathroom setting. They've passed all of the critical performance tests. They're cosmetically appealing, and well made (including no sharp edges). Aces all around.

A Secure Grab Bar
Pros: Multiple mounting options, clear instructions, comes with necessary hardware for stud mounting Cons: No hardware is included for mounting on wallboard. This grab bar is well made and it offers multiple mounting options. It comes with six screws for mounting onto studs; this could be a drawback for those who need to mount on wallboard. You will have to purchase separately the wallboard anchors. You will also need a stud finder and a level for proper vertical or horizontal mounting. The instructions call for a 1/8" drill bit but I had to use a 9/64" bit with some silicone lubricant to get the screws to go all the way in with my drill. Do not try to force the screw with your drill as you will run the risk of stripping the head. Take out the screw, re-drill the hole passing the bit in and out a couple of times to enlarge the whole just a little. Be sure to drill all pilot holes before mounting the grab bar. Additionally, you will need an extension for the screw driver attachment on the drill to avoid the drill hitting the grab bar. Installation went smoothly. The grab bar is secure and attractive.

Easy to install
It doesnโt look tacky or out of place when installed. It is a blessing for me!

Put them in properly and expect them to last forever
Yes I watched the attached video about mounting these on drywall without studs... pleeeeeze don't ever do that. Not safe at all. Find studs and buy lengths that allow you to connect into them. Also remember that short rails like this 12" should be vertical, with both ends into the same stud. Some of the others that don't add up to multiples of 16" (standard wall stud spacing) can be mounted at a slant, to allow someone sitting in the tub to easily reach it from the sitting position and use the higher part to stand up. With three screws into the stud at each end, these are VERY strong, but probably not strong enough for someone to do chin-ups of course. I doubt anyone who needs rails to stand will be doing chin-ups, however. For me, I put up a 12" vertically at the entry point, just to hold on while stepping into the tub and to stabilize while reaching for the longer rail at the back, which I put at a slant, as mentioned above. I used torx screws rather than the nickel ones that came with. I feel like these will last the lifetime of this house and will be used by almost anyone taking a bath or a shower, not just the elderly. Well worth the low price, very strong and took just minutes to install with my cordless driver. Absolute asset in the bath. Get them!

Mounting screw location is critical but doable
I only gave this a 4 instead of a 5 because I had a hard time lining it up so that the machine screws on the hancle flange would line up properly with the mount. I used the template, but when drilling tile the bit has a tendency to walk. IT would be nice if there was some say to accommodate a slight error in alignment. The size I chose was the ame as my stud spacing so I was able to only drill a single hole in the wall and used a long screw through the center hole in the mounting plate into the stud to mount it, It is very strong and stable.

Useful and helpful
This Grab bar meets ADA standards but looks nice--it could be just another towel bar as far as appearance goes. Placing the screws is a minor challenge and at least one has to go in at an angle as the 2x4s inside the wall are narrower than the plate and it is not possible to attach a long screw directly under the bar itself. It is sturdy and provides good support. We purchased 2 and then ordered a third to provide support in all areas of the bath. (TIP: We used a long pin from my sewing kit to easily locate the 2x4 and place the screws in the best location. The tiny holes were completely concealed once the installation was complete.)

Bathroom safety bar
Moen SS safety bar. Moen may be the only company that welds the mounting plate on to the bar. Itโs a full 100% weld. Please take note when youโre purchasing a safety bar and youโll see the difference and note the added strength and quality. Highly recommended.

I am sure the grab bar would be effective, but it looked too chunky to fit our bathroom. Hence I returned it.

This Moen grab bar felt surprisingly lightweight when initially removed from the factory packaging. Additionally, it only came supplied with a number of narrow 2" wood screws intended for attachment to wooden wall joists. I chose to go down a different path by buying a package of 1 1/2" #8 screws and anchors which I used to secure the handle onto my bathroom wall at both the top and bottom ends. There are 3 round screw holes (you will need larger screws than those supplied to use in these holes) in the round base plate at each end of the handle., Additionally, there are numerous channels on these two base plates which can also be used for extra screws once holes for the plastic anchors have been drilled. Once attached to the drywall - I used 6 screws at the top and 3 at the bottom - the grab bar was very firmly screwed into the wall. And once attached, I must say the lightweight handle feels much more substantial. And it looks good too beside my brushed aluminium grey towel racks! A nice addition to the bathroom. Adds to the safety factor as well.
