Perfect resource for beginners and those experienced in HIIT
This book is the perfect guide to HIIT workouts, and includes incredible workout plans. The workout plans include level 1-3, with an assessment to help you figure out where to start. The plans are all scalable, so you can modify them as needed for your body. You don't need weights, bands or any other equipment to use the workouts in this book. Pair the book with a good interval timer like Intervals Pro, and you have everything you need to get in great shape!

Changed My Life; Recommended Buy
Fantastic book. I'm in as good a shape as I was in my teens (I'm 39 years of age), if not better. Been doing this since October 2017.Initial assessment: 106; Final: 107. I'm not sure why I only increased by one point...From the beginning, I was slotted to begin in level three, but I chose to do the entire book from level one. It's worth the effort, and I use this almost daily. I'm not sure where I'd be without this book.I'd recommend that you get one book, such as this one, and go through all of the exercises. Some people will have a number of books and videos for exercising, but they'll never fully get through one of them. Again, go through all of the exercises. You may only need this one.Great job.**Errata: Heavy Hiiter is 22m30s, not 9m00s; misspelling for cross-country seal on page 121.**

Great Routines...
The routines are great. The way the book is organized requires flipping around often between three different chapters to see the daily challenge, the routines it consists of and instructions for doing the exercise. The specific exercises are divided by the body part it works, rather than alphabetically, which means that finding the Pigeon Peel means you have to figure out if it is a Core exercise, or Lower Body, and then flip through the whole chapter to find it, because nothing is alphabetized. Otherwise, a great book.The Kindle edition would benefit from having hyperlinks between the Challenges, Routines and Exercises.

Enhancing Technique
I’ve already been doing some HIIT training and found variations I’ve liked. Reading this book and looking at exercise variations I hadn’t thought of gives me more inspiration.It definitely covers how to make HIIT more effective and interesting.
