Second purchase to be returned *by L***4 on Reviewed in the United States on April 7, 2019* My original search and purchase of this serum was based on a select few ingredients that I know work for me. They are hyaluronic acid, honey/royal jelly, glycerin and marine extracts. I was hoping to find a product with all and I did. My first bottle contained a silky, runny serum that was yellowish in color and had a sweetish scent that dissipated quickly. After cleansing when I put it on, one pump covered my face and neck. It absorbed quickly but left my skin very soft. This became the base for any thing that I would use on my face. I don't wear makeup but I do use two other facial products. They all worked will together and when I ran low I order two bottles of this product.My second order arrived next day, everything in tact. I opened one of the boxes and did my normal routine. This bottles contents is a much thicker white lotion, has no scent and while the consistency in my hand is smooth, I needed more than one pump to cover my face and neck. After cleansing and using this one, my skin feels tight/slightly dry. The previous bottles contents disappeared quickly with no feeling of product afterwards.I will be returning this purchase and looking for something again. I have no reason to use this batch that I received. I love the first one I purchased but i am not sure which of these lotions/serums is the correct formula. Even though they do have a great product (yellow one), I don't have time to play let me guess what I am going to get this time when I order. But as others have stated, my latest shipment was a totally different and inferior product (drying white lotion as opposed to the moisturizing clear serum previously received) despite all packaging and ingredients supposedly being the same. It smooths and soothes the skin without greasy feeling. Reducing the tightness. In the summer I sometimes avoid moisturizer. In the cooler months, it is under my moisturizer.
