"No refrigeration necessary" that is if you like pumpkin seed soup... this stuff is pretty runny, even when you cool it in the fridge. Cooling it does make decent but it's still runny on a sandwich, which is the whole thing about it being a Peanut butter alternative, right? Even if it was thicker it's deceptively sweet, I put it on whole grain bread and it felt like I was eating a doughnut, yet the label reads otherwise. The front makes it seem like it's more a plain and neutral type, while the back doesn't really accurately describe how sweet it is. it's decent if you want that kind of thing, but if you don't, this may not for you.

Might be good for baking a dessert, but really too sweet for my taste

I’ve been having the best PB & J sandwiches since my nut allergies hit me. I love PB and all nuts, but after a bad reaction and lots of testing I’ve been craving that PB texture and taste. Don’t get me wrong, it doesn’t taste like PB, but it has a wonderful nutty flavor and great texture. It’s the closest I’ve had to the real deal. My only complaint is the high price…

I love to put this in my oatmeal. Great taste and has good source of iron. I buy this all the time.

Just remember to shake alot befor opening it. To mix the oil back in. Or you can stir, which i dont recommend without shaking first. Great for dipping, as its does drips easy.

Did not taste Ike pumpkin spiced to me. Meh.

Great product, but unfortunately this is what I received. Unfortunately unreturnable also. Highly disappointed. Never again, I will find a alternative.
