My boyfriend and I both suffer from illnesses that affect our immune systems. My boyfriend was diagnosed with Crohns disease almost a decade ago. I have IBS along with another illness that affects my digestion and bowel function. We have polar opposite symptoms from our illnesses one suffers from cramping, gas, and diarrhea the other bloating and constipation. I was directed to add a good probiotic to my regime. This started my trial of over ten different probiotics manufacturers. I try only probiotics with 30 - 60 billion units. I always try each manufacturer at least twice. Why? I am told there are numerous reasons why the same brand of supplement will produce differing results from month to month. Predominantly due to the simple difference in a person's habits. But I needed results. After two years of trying everything from the most expensive options, the highest rated, products new to the market, favorite brands sold at local stores Costco, Vitamin World, Now Foods, I found two brands on Amazon that 4 out of 5 times corrected my bowel functions to the point that I no longer felt bloated, very little gas, they even clear up my acne. i eat a lot of vegetables and grains, with a bit of meat. after eating dinner, my stomach would always feel bloated. my digestive tract was sluggish and it took daily stool softeners and an occasional gentle laxative for all this fiber to leave my body. i walked around feeling uncomfortable for days. i had tried so many probiotics, but none of them did what i wanted them to do. i have always bought a certain brand of spaghetti and other noodles that contained "inulin" in them. i noticed when i ate that brand, it wouldn't leave me bloated and it went quicker through my system. so, i looked up inulin and saw it is a "prebiotic". i did some research on what ingredients are best for prebiotics, then i read various labels of many brands of "prebiotics" because of my experience with inulin. i finally found "Bio-Schwartz Prebiotics". i liked the fact that it started working immediately in your small intestine and then also your large intestine. many pre/pro biotics start working in your lower intestine, which i think makes you gassy because the biotics are breaking down your food in the large intestine. as the label said, this product starts working immediately. within 2 days, i had no bloating and fibrous foods went though and out my system in a day. in the 10 days since buying this, my weight has gone down 5 pounds, which i'm sure was 5 pounds of fiber that was just sitting in my body, feeling uncomfortable and not moving. i will definitely keep buying this instead of the stool softeners and laxatives i was buying before. this is a much more natural and comfortable way to keep bloating away and keep your system working regularly. i am incredibly impressed, something i can't say about many products i have tried. kudos to you, Bio-Schwartz! :)

I have never had issues with digestion but with age and related hormonal changes, I now do -- Things were getting progressively worse and I have tried everything under the sun to help myself to no avail until I came across this product by BioSchwartz. I feel like I won the lottery!! After literally one 2 capsule application I could feel the difference. Thank you GOD. I take 2 caps each evening after dinner and have been regular and without stomach issues since the night I started. I have been taking a probiotic 1 cap each am (GNC) long standing since my issues started and am not sure whether both work in tandem or not. I'd like to cut the probiotic out and try and see how I do but frankly I have suffered for over a year and just want my system to calm down for a while and then I might experiment. I had issues with my meal sitting in my stomach like a rock vs no BM's for days and then massive stomach pain, gas and diarrhea. I am now able to eat and feel my food is digesting properly along with having a return to my norm of a daily BM. I will never be without this product and am so grateful it is on the market. I find this is one of the easiest ways to supplement fiber and keep my digestive system healthy. I get these on a subscription basis and will continue for the known future.

It didn't really help me as expected. I didn't loose any weight, so I think it's just the brand. Easy to swallow, quality is okay.
