HOWEVER, you will be charged $13.00 plus $6.00 S&H to buy one ... as much as a brand new trimmer!!!!I left Panasonic a customer service review that stated their parts price was highway robbery and that I would be scrapping my now useless ER430K Ear/Nose trimmer and buy one from another manufacturer.
