Quantum Research Coldstick,Super Lysine, 0.17 Ounce (Pack of 6)

When I was younger my grandmother used to resell this in her Salon. We didn't really use it as much as we used Quantum's Super Lysine. I decided to purchase it in my adult life because I trusted this brand. I surely dont regret it. Since I've began purchasing this lip balm, my lips are always moist and protected. Some lip balms end up drying you out, which forces you to use more... But this doesnt! If I apply, I'm normally good for 3-4 hours before I feel the need to reapply. It's not flavored, but you probably shouldnt be eating lip balm anyway haha THE BEST FEATURE IS THE KEYRING HOLE IN THE LIP BALM CAP!!!!!! I never lose these lip balms! Theyre always safe and sound right on my keychain. Because of this, I'm able to finish tubes before throwing them away = saving money! People are always asking where I purchase my lip balm and I always give them the amazon link! I love them.

I found this balm a few years ago because I suffer from an occasional cold sore and spend a fair amount of time in the sun. I take lysine supplements regularly. I ordered a tube of Quantum's Coldstick and after using our a few days, promptly ordered several more. I have them stashed in my various bags, etc. "Medicinal" properties aside, it is one of the best lip balms I have ever used. It keeps my lips from getting chapped, provides good sunscreen, lasts on my lips and with my current regimen, I seldom get cold sores. I always have several on hand.

This is my most favorite chapstick. I do get cold sores from time to time, but that’s not why I buy these. I’ve tried a million kind and this is the only one I’ve stuck with. It’s noticeably clean and wonderfully moisturizing. Also, I haven’t had a cold sore in a long time- maybe large in part thanks to daily use of this wonderful goodness?!

I have been using Super Lysine for many years and wouldn't be without it ... and I order packs of 6 at a time. Unfortunately one of the sticks I opened a day ago, 11/7/2025, was one I purchased in June 2025. Because it takes a while to use 6 tubes, the tube I opened yesterday doesn't work and it is past the return date so I am not able to get a replacement. It makes me sad the product isn't guaranteed to work. Because each tube is encased in paper/plastic packaging, I didn't have a way of knowing the turn button at the bottom didn't work to push the product out. So it's my loss.
