The media could not be loaded. Liked the Fan. Quite silent a key criterion for me has good air throw as well. Alexa is a big plus but can only be used to control the fan and not the LED. This should be updated by Orient and the skill should be added.The cons according to me:1. The canopy cover leaves a small part of the inner shell open which is not aesthetically pleasing in what is an overall gorgeous fan.2. Motor makes a slight noise when turning on don’t know if it is a defect but is sure a minor irritation.3. As mentioned earlier LED light control is only through app or remote and not through voice.With respect to longevity, time will tell and I will certainly update.

I got second time the correct product and my review here :1-Fan is designed beautifully, finishing is good2- assembly is not easy for every electrician however user guide available which can be used and electrician can install this3-Light in FAN comes with yellow colour , it’s not just white4-Wifi configure is tricky but manageable5- Alexa testing with echo dot is easy but with phone is not effective6-orient app works beautifully and you can do all function smoothly7- remote also works and made with good quality8- rates can be less than 7 KOverall except rate , this is very good product .

A simple fan is available in market for 2000₹.When you spend more than 10000₹ on a fan what do you expect?Lets see what do you get in this fanLets talk about features:1. Aero slim as the name suggests: 1 star, its not at all slim, its a very bulky fan with very thick blades and a very big central cylinder so 1 star for that2. Inbulit light: 2 stars for that because its a plain yellow light in which nothing appears clear and 8n ita original color, no color change, no bulb replacement option available so 2 stars is enough for that3. Smart fan features: are kya ghanta smart fan, it dosent even have app available in the google playstore for the latest andoird version or even for a earlier version. You have to install it from third party site which always risks of installing a virus in your phone without your knowledge nd then comes credit card banking related scams etc. Trust me you dont want to go that route so forget smart features. Done ever install any app from such sources, have suffered from such scams thats why I'm telling the same from experience. -5 stars for that company should stop advertising about that because without app there is no network connectivity and without network connectivity no smart features4. Remote features: -1 star for remote. very basic remote is provided, same quality of remote is delivered in a fan worth 4k-5k in aeroslim then why spent 10000 bucks for this piece of garbage.5 BLDC motor: Again -5 stars. BLDC fans are available in 3-5 k, why spent 10k for that when nothing else works6. Quality of product provided: As the name suggests its supposed to be a quiet fan. The jokes on you if you purchase it seeing that. Ever since it was installed at our house its continously making squeaky sounds, so forget peaceful silent nights for sleeping.NOW COMES THE MOST IMPORTANT7. SERVICESERVICE IS VERY IMPORTANTBECAUSE IF YOU HAVE SPENT 10000₹ WITHOUT THE KNOWLEDGE OF ALL THESE ISSUES WHAT YOU ARE GOING TO DO ABOUT ITYOU CAN ONLY RAISE A SERVICE CENTRE COMPLAINTI DID THE SAMEMY FIRST COMPLAINT WAS RAISED IN A WEEK POST INSTALLATION FOR THAT SQUEAKY NOISE FROM THE FANTHE TECHNICIAN VISITED AND CHECKED SOMETHING, SAID THE PROBLEM IS FIXED AND WONT HAPPEN AGAINBUT THE VERY NEXT DAY SAME PROBLEM AGAINWAITED FOR A WEEK FOR IT TO GET FIXED BUT NO LUCKRAISED A COMPLAINT AGAINND SINCE THEN IT HAS BEEN OVER A MONTH TECHNICIAN HAS NOT VISITED THE HOUSE FOR REPAIR. HE DOSENT PICKS THE CALLS AND WHEN I CALLED IN TODAY TO COMPLAINT THE SERVICE CENTRE THEY SIMPLY CANCELLED THE PREVIOUS COMPLAINT WITHOUT ANY ACTION TAKEN IN OVER A MONTH TIME, WRITING ANY COMMENT ON THAT AND SAID WE ARE SORRY FOR THIS EXPERIENCE WE DONT KNOW WHATS WRONGSo this was my ultimate experience with this fan in a place like Delhi NCR, baaki chhote cities me kya service denge bhagwan hi malik hai iskaPLEASE REFRAIN YOUSLRSELF FROM BUYING THIS COMPLETLY OBSOLETE PRODUCT AND LOOK FOR OTHER OPTIONS

I will try to give a honest review.Purchasing & Installation.I brought it on Amazon India on 16th June 2020 and it got delivered the very next day. Thumbs up.Called up Orient customer care on 16th June 2020 for installation, reminded them on 19th June 2020.Yet I didnt hear from the technician. And today is 25th June 2020.I installed the fan by myself yesterday with the help of Engineering 3rd semester electrical skills and Youtube installation guide. It took me almost an hour to replace my old fan with this.Not a perfect installation. Im awaiting for the technician to make it fit perfectly to the ceiling.About the product.I was doing a lot of research for under-light fans and ended with Orient Aeroslim. I liked the new design which has covered the rod which gives the premium look to the fan. The fan looks exactly the same as you see in pictures.Things which I liked :- Definitely the premium look which made two of my guests inquiring about it the very moment they entered the house within a day.- The air throw is good, I can sit at any corner of my living room ( 15 x 16 feet ) and still feel the air when the fan speed is at 5.- I dont hear the motor noise, but the usual wind blowing hissing noise is unavoidable. When I checked decbels, it showed around 55 to 60 DB.- One of the reason I choose this fan is for the breeze mode which I have in my AC. The feature is kinda cool like the fan switches between speed level 3 to 5.- I liked both the remote and the IOT app. Both are cool and useful. I was pranking few elders at home by turning off the light / fan using my phone :pThings I didn't like or needs improvement.- The under-light is really useless. It is neither bright enough to light the room nor dim enough to use as a night lamp and watch TV. Orient should have added 5 levels in the light from 1 as night lamp to 5 as bright reading lamp say 15 watts LED. Could have also added color switching.- The blades look so plane and flat. Kinda dull looking.- The center cup where the LED is fixed could have been little bigger with a bigger light.- OVER-PRICED. The fan should be around 5K to 6K which would be reasonable.
