My dogs love these, keeps them entertained for hours!!

My puppy was so so excited when I brought these out. He’s a 6 month old boxer with adult teeth, and the vet recommended these. Definitely a better price than other identical treats on here. So I gave him his chew, and he was so excited he dropped it on the ground and it shattered into 5 pieces too small to chew safely. I have a clay tile kitchen floor): I was like oh heck that one is trash, but then I saw the back. I thought I’d give it a shot and so I soaked the pieces in water over night and this morning I threw one in the microwave for about 3 minutes. It puffed up to 3 or 4 times the size it was, but stayed rock hard. I put it in the freezer for about 15 minutes and then I gave it to him. Oh my gosh. He went nuts. It was much easier for him to chew the puffed up crunchy piece because of his weaker puppy jaw. He’s been going for about 90 minutes while I work on the computer and he hasn’t even really broken into the cheese itself. I’ll take it away in a few to save it for tomorrow(: So! Moral of the story...if they come broken or your pup breaks his...soak the big pieces overnight and then it basically makes the treats viable again as chews!

Our dog loves these things. Great for a chewer, and not bad guy or them.

Product was good that it did bother our dogs sensitive stomach. I’ve gotten other bones with this description and they have lasted longer. He chewed through one bone in 2 days which others have taken a week. Good product just wish it lasted a little longer for big chewers

I know these were for small dogs but, sheesh, even for a small dog these are SMALL!! barely 2.5 inches long and only 3 in a package for this amount of money is too high. Photo makes it look like these are the length of the bag...they are not.My dog is a husky/shepherd mix, on the petite side and is not a big chewer and these did last her a long time. She actually got tired of chewing for a minute and had to take a break.If you have a power chewer, this might not last very long, even if you buy the larger size (and do make sure you know what you are getting size wise for these as they are small and so few in a package).It was my fault for not looking more closely and making sure that these were fuller in size. I hate knocking off stars for that because it doesn't reflect on the actual product itself. I do think it's important to note though because the photo makes it look like they would be the length of the package and they are not even close! Not by a long shot!I won't buy them again as I think they are just too expensive for what you get but I will say, if you are happy with the price and with the tiny amount in the package, these do seem well made and my dog really did like them.

YaY, 🙌 I can finally take a nap! My dog is extremely codependent, he expects belly rubs all day long. 😂! The minute I gave this to him he was gone, tons of fun for him and a nice nap for me!!

Bought these for my two super chewers. Yak chews are the only thing that last longer than a few hours and I've purchased from this brand once before, but from a store. Those were fine and seemed to last even longer than other brands. So I ordered a bag for when my pups inevitably ran through their other treats. Fast forward a week or two to when I finally open the bag and am immediately hit in the face by a puff of moldy air, strong enough to unsettle my stomach. I took them out to inspect and there are white patches on all three sticks. The best by date on the bag is April 2025 so it's definitely not that they're old. I took pics and contacted Amazon and then threw the bag away.So be careful when buying and make sure you check for mold. No system is perfect and I think the product is overall probably good but with one good experience and a second decidedly awful one, a 3-star review seems fair.Edit: I received the replacement from Amazon and am now dropping the stars to 1. I will never buy from this company again. Added a new picture to show the reason: There are a ton of air pockets throughout the stick (which seems over processed to begin with) which caused them to shatter when my dogs started chewing them. Tons of sharp pieces as a result. Defeats the purpose of paying for these if they just break apart immediately. That they're jagged on top of fragile is just the spoiled icing on a moldy cake.
