Not the easiest diet but still helpful tea cleansing advice
I was hoping this book would point out some top secret teas to drink everyday and my fats would melt away lol but nope... it apparently isn't that simple and the book is honest about that. It also talks about altering your diet once you nail down the tea cleansing routine. That means avoiding certain foods and all that so I'm not quite ready to go strict tea cleansing just to see if I really could lose 10 pounds a week. I actually wish it offered a bit more to aid in the transition but I'll suck it up, find ways and make use of what the book has to offer.

Easy to read; Understandable
This book is a simple, short introduction to tea cleanse. I'm a newbie but now feel that I can tackle a simple tea cleanse with more confidence than I had before.

Easy, healthy, and REAL!
LOST 8 POUNDS IN 5 DAYS ONLY! AMAZING! I would recommend this book to anyone who wants to lose weight, especially if you've tried other methods without success. This is the one that finally worked for me and best of all it is easy and healthy!!!

Iโve seen a few books like this floating around but all too expensive for my taste, so seeing this of course I had to buy! For the price this book is suprisingly detailed, it gives good insights on the areas different teas can target and explains how it all works. Good for information and great for the price.

Found this threw my diabetes control out so did not complete the course and consequently do not know if this works or not

I expected a short book when I purchased it for the money and I didn't notice that this book is self published. That would be okay, if it had been done well, which it hasn't. Paragraph headings are at the end of pages with the paragraph text on the next page, the whole book is printed on A4 typing paper and badly glued together. There are 15 completely blank pages out of its total length of 40 pages. The back seam is already coming apart and that's without the multiple readings that a book like this should be able to stand. Chapter 3, 'Diet Plan While on Tea Cleanse' is not a diet plan at all. It lists types or groups of food, ie, 'Processed Foods', 'Refined Sugar ...' and 'Vegetables' and says why these should be or not be eaten. THERE ARE NO RECIPES, which there should be if this book is purporting to have a diet plan. Big disappointment and I'm returning it as not fit for purpose, simply because if I try to flatten the book to read it properly, the spine will crack and the pages will start to fall out.
