Put through hell and back
Bought this cap a year ago for every day wear. I wore it in the gym every single day for an entire summer, completely soaking it in sweat nonstop for months. Then, I would go outside for at least 5 hours ( I work as a lifeguard ) and expose this thing to direct sunlight for my entire shift. Sometimes I’d even hop in the pool with it on, and it would get soaking wet. After all of that, the sweat, the sun, and the water, It’s still works great. I’ve machine washed it about 100 times with all my other clothes, and every time it comes out with a Tighter fit, as if it was brand new and I had never worn it. The stitching on the Velcro and the hat overall has gotten a little worn down, and the fabric has lost its shape just a bit. But other than that, it’s still the same as it was when I took it out of the box. Five stars, probably the best hat I’ve ever owned. I’m literally wearing it right now, sometimes I joke to people that it’s hermetically sealed to my head. Couldn’t recommend more.

Terrible hat for operational work
Thing turned orange as soon as I started sweating in the field. Had to throw it away. Washing didn't help. Only useful if you want to look like you conduct field ops but not actually do it. Get out of the AC in this thing and you migh as well be wearing a pumpkin.

It's a hat
It hats very well.If I could change anything about it I might add more hook-loop tape along the sides, and make the hat slightly deeper. Otherwise, it's fine.It hats.

Not OD green
Fits well. The color is more of a sage green not olive green. The Velcro patches seem to be sewn on well. Looks like it will be durable
