I like this vitamin, especially the included CoQ10, but it causes a drastic urine color change
Got this multivitamin because it is methylated and its comprehensive list of included vitamins and CoQ10. However, it causes my urine to get a crazy fluorescent yellow color. I know and have experienced some change in color when taking certain supplements in the past, but this one is way past anything I have experienced. In my layman understanding, I'm thinking that can't be a positive thing. Other than the urine color, I have no complaints. However, I'm going to stop taking them until I get a better understanding of why there is such a drastic urine color change from this particular one.

Great value!
Started taking these because I have the genetic mutation MTHFR which causes b vitamin deficiency unless you take methylated b vitamins. I was paying for really expensive vitamins but decided to switch to these. They are just as good for the money spent and keep my energy levels up! You should eat with these if you have a sensitive stomach as sometimes if I just take with my morning coffee I get a little nauseous for a very brief time. Overall very happy with these vitamins and the money I save!!

It really smells bad and tastes bad too
I love how I feel when I take this but getting it down is really hard. It makes me gag just opening the bottle and the smell just lasts. Even after sealing it, it really smells horrible. The comments about the smell are valid. Holding my breath helps some but you still taste it even after swallowing.If you can get past that, they are great. I don’t know why it smells so bad and why it lingers or what they can do about it. Will buy again.
