**Q: Is this just one antenna or two?**
A: Just one!

**Q: What is the difference between this and the hollyland triumph antenna? i have a hollyland 400s, and wonder if either antenna will help signal quality.**
A: I found that 4 dual-band 2.4/5g 10dbi directional panel antennas (by Alfa) worked far better than the Hollyland stock or the Mushroom antenna's, but I can't comment on comparison with the Triumph antenna. But the triumphs have a lower dbi rating, if that says anything. Aiming is far more critical with the directional antennas, but it did allow me to send the signal through 2 buildings at the very edge of the wireless units' range. That may not help your situation though.

The antennas that came with my Hollyland 400S wireless system are fairly light weight and look like they could break in the field. On set film work can be rough, so it's always good to have back ups of replaceable items. I ordered these primarily because the stalk is flexible and will bend under pressure. Their range seems as good, if not better, than the stock antennas, which I now use as my back ups.
