They aren't that big though so for body coverage not the best, they work for contact rugby to stop bruising but not the battering! **Q: Is this for boys or men's sizes?** A: I got a L men's size for a 44 chest and it fits perfectly well **Q: what size/age is this for?** A: If you go on Viper website you can see the size chart.
