I purchased this book as a joke for my wife. I wasn't expecting anything more than something humorous to skim over and joke about but this book fell far short of my expectations. I'm 100% certain that a blind celibate monk must have done the proof reading and whomever organized the contents was definitely dyslexic. From typos and grammatical errors to duplicate copy and pasted sentences and paragraphs, this book has it all!

Excellent concise guide book, offering a wealth of advice, and suggestions.I actually enjoyed the spelling typos, as it has given us a different dimensions into incorporating them into our sessions.Would of liked to of seen the photographs published in the paperback version, for reference. ( as one does NOT kindle)!I can't understand why people have been harshly reviewing this book. It does exactly what it says on the 'tin'. Am looking forward to a follow up. With or without typos. Lol
