This has been the best aid in providing comfort for my foot pain. I had to tweak my method in keeping it in place but it is by far the best in helping me on to the road of recovery. As there are 2 pairs of gel pads I recommend using the white pair with the toe loop UNDER your socks. Then after putting your socks on and leaving a couple of centimetres of length from your toes, put on the elasticated pair OVER your socks. At first it feels a little tight but the shape will soon contour snuggly for a nice fit. Then carefully place your feet in your shoes. I manage most days at work on my feet without having to repeat the procedure but accasionally I do. You may get a few laughs from relatives for having a foot that resembles a Camels but the pain relief is well worth it and I have had massive improvements to my condition.

Having self-diagnosed metatarsal pain in my foot and having put up with it for four months I bought these based on the recommendations. I have recently done a lot of walking and found the brown cushioned slip on pads to be the most helpful when walking and they did decrease the pain substantially and deserve a four star rating. The reservation? They just don't seem like they are going to last very long but if I am wrong I will return and post an addendum. If you are debating whether or not to buy them my recommendation would be to give them a try.

Nice and soft, however the fitted one does not stay in position. Tends to twist upwards when active.

Started using this as soon as it arrived which was very quick and have to say pain relief is instant, comfortable to wear with or without socks in shoes or flip flops recommend them

The idea is good but it's bad quality.It scratches the skin terribly, I can't wear it. Unfortunately, this item isn't eligible for return so I can't recommend.

I have had problems with my feet for 18 months, heat and odd sensation, unbearable at night time. I was misdiagnosed by my GP with having Plantar Fasciitis after spending a long time research I worked out that I actually had Morton's neuroma a problem/condition affecting my metatarsal. These pads have been wonderful giving me such relief within 3 days of wearing them I was near enough pain-free and not taking pain killers. When I haven't used the pains the symptoms are quick to return and this really does affect the quality of my life.

Both types of pad offered decent levels of comfort when worn in trainers and walking shoes. Thick enough to provide comfort without being too bulky and cumbersome.

Has started to help reduce pain I am suffering in my toe and ball of foot which is suspected capsilitis.Found the sock more useful than the pads with the loop as they are almost impossible to keep in place while you are trying to put a sock on and just constantly move and end up twisted. Happy with the quality and price and will keep using the socks as they are helping

Das Gelpad, wird mit einer Schlaufe am Zeh gehalten.Leider ist es, bis man im Schuh istverrutscht und die Fußballeneinlage schlägt Falten und drückt im Schuh,deshalb aus meiner Sicht nicht zu empfehlen.

I was having some intense nerve pain/cramping around my 3rd/4th toe so someone recommended a metatarsal cushion. The nice thing about this package - is they include 3 different options that all provide ball of foot cushioning but work with different types of shoes. I found the 'socks' to be most comfortable with my gym shoes and had no pain after wearing all day. The 'loop pads' loop around your toe (to keep them from moving around) and are a bit more hidden for open top shoes like my ballet flats. I haven't tried the insert pad yet - but again - this will work with a lot of my shoe styles. I will continue to use this product and re-order from this seller.
