It’s not working, bought it 2 months ago, now it’s totally unusable. And it worked for less than 2 months. Now NO connection forever. DO NOT BUY this product at all cost, it’s a piece of cheap plastic made in China, not meant for a long term. If you like to use this product for 1-2 months, maybe you can try your luck. If you want to use it for longer, then my advice is shown above. Well, don’t set your expectation too high. I contacted their customer service representatives, what I was told to do is to disconnect all cables from the device. Obviously, it didn’t work after trying everything. Finally they ask me to wait for their technical team to resolve the issue, but no reply. Asking for a replacement, they kept silent ever since. Just so you know what kind of customer service and product you are dealing with before making your decision.

instruction is not clear enough. idea is very nice as a sim device, should comes with more sim slot.

If I could give this a zero it would be fitting to do so. It's is a good idea in theory but in reality just does not work. Firstly, you can only use 2 SIM cards simultaneously. So, because of the main issue I am about the explain, you are much better off using an alternative twin SIM gadget that actually works properly and just get two of them. Ok. The main issue that affects the usage of this device is that there is a 10 SECOND DELAY every time a word is spoken either end of the conversation. So, aside from the fact that neither party can hardly hear each other, it is impossible to have a conversation with anyone due to the lengthy lag/delay. I have spoken to others who have also used this and all say the same. I, along with at least 8 other people I know who have wasted their money on this device, have stopped using/returned it as it is nothing short of useless. The bottom line is, don't waste your money on something that is incapable of working properly and instead invest in either a twin SIM phone or a twin, triple or quad SIM adaptor for your own phone
