North Country Wind Bells Portland Head Bell with Lighthouse - 2 Tones

Love this bell so much we actually bought two. One for our home and one for our vacation spot. After listening to all the bells, we prefer the deep tone this bell chimes. It really is soothing and if the wind is too much, you can remove the pendant for a gentle sway and light bell.

I purchased these wind bells as a gift for my mom who is a big fan of lighthouses and chimes. I wanted to inspect the chime and I was curious about the tone it produced before giving them to her. I was very pleased with the craftsmanship. It's made from steel and the paint coating on it was well done and you can tell that this will help with protecting it from the elements. The tone it produces is the real highlight. It does produce a sound that reminds me of the bell buoys you'd hear in a harbor. It's made in Maine, USA and I know she will be very pleased with the sound and look of this wind chime. It's pretty much constructed and the only thing you have to hook on is the the little lighthouse wind catcher at the bottom. I might end up purchasing one for myself too!
