Convenient carrying strap.
The water bottle holder I chose looked like ones I have used for years while walking/hiking. The big difference with this holder is the carrying strap. I got tired of carrying the water bottle in hand. The big drawback with this holder is that it does not have a cord to secure the bottle into the holder. I didn't notice this on the web site before I ordered it. I ordered another one for my wife at the same time from the same seller. Her's had a cinch cord at the top to secure the bottle.

Well designed!
This water bottle carrier is better than most because the straps attach to the TOP of the neoprene bag. This ensures that the bottom, heavy end, stays down. If the strap only reaches to the middle of the neoprene bag, the bottle tends to flip upside down.

Comfortable, good fit for most bottles, one big flaw
I really like this bottle sling — it is comfortable and easy to adjust, and holds my water bottles easily. There is one significant flaw however. After about 15 months of irregular use, the stitching holding the strap to the container has started to tear. See photo. It is still useable, but it won’t last much longer. It is a relatively cheap bottle sling, so no big deal to buy a replacement, but still annoying.
