I do feel that the name is deceptive. These aren’t naturally derived, and that’s obvious when I take them. When I take D3 that’s made from something natural like lichen I can tell a big difference. These seem to work OK with twice the dosage of a naturally derived D3. In the end, these cost more than the good stuff because I have to take twice as much because they lack in absorbency. I’m going back to my Naturelo’s, but these are good for what they are. Having a Vitamin D deficiency I can always tell the difference between D supplements by how I feel afterwards. I also absolutely hate that these have sunflower oil in them. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Everyone should take Vit. D-3.
