Several says after use, and with soaking my feet in Epsom salt water each day, the dead skin starts to come off and I gently remove it. I bought this because my daughter and I were going on a vacation over her spring break. I have used similar products before with great success. The only reason I tried this one was because it sounded as if it might smell extra good - it was no different from other brands in that regard. The way is WAS different was that it did not work at all. Not one thing flaked off our feet, although the followed the directions to a tee. Really irritating! Amazon was good about giving me my money back but it was too late to use another before our trip, so we went with gnarly ugly feet :( Bought the good kind when we got home.Also- confused by all the "good " reviews and 5 star rating until I realized they are misplaced and belong to a totally different product.
