Pretty nice material, but just wasn’t right for me

I followed the size chart and ordered these dresses in 3X due to bust size. The body/waist in all 3 dresses is too large. BUT, the dresses come with a long printed waist-tie, and I was able to sinch in the waist to bring it in some and not look like a mumu. I enjoy the cold shoulder effect to cover the upper arm flab, but I wish there was more fabric for the arms because it's more like a little sleeve-flap. The leg-slit is pretty and flowy, but doesn't run the risk of showing "too much" if a breeze comes along, if you know what I mean. I was nervous about the length because I'm 5'2", but the length is a perfect maxi. The material in 2 dresses is soft and flowy, but the third seems to be thicker and attracts static. I've washed all three dresses a couple times now, and the fabric and colors have held up well, and the stiffer dress has softened some and no more issues with static. For size reference, I'm 5'2" and 240lbs and 38G chest.

I bought this dress as my second option for a Hawaiian themed party that I will attend this summer. This is the winner!! I didn't want to pay so much for a dress I'll only wear once, right??The dress is simply constructed, no brand, no markings, no laundry instructions. No zippers, no buttons. No fancy packaging, in fact, it is shrunk in a plastic bag. There is only a sash from the same fabric. The colors are vibrant but not gaudy or unpleasant.The finish is well made, no lose threads or interrupted seams. No lumpy stitching on the split. You can put your arms through the hanging ruffle sleeves but can choose not to. The fabric is a cotton/polyester blend. It is very light but it is not see through. Note that is like me, you need to wear something to prevent shaffing in the hot summer months, keep in mind the length of the shorts. You can close the split up a bit with simple stitching.It is comforable and doesn't stick when walking around or sit. The length is great on my 5'7" height. On the photo, I'm wearing 2" wedge sandals.I'm truly surprised that such a cheap dress looks so nice. Looks like I'll be wearing this number to a lot more than a Hawaiian party. For themed purpose I will wear as is, with the sash and a lei and flowers in my hair.To elevate the dress for smart casual use, I will wear a gold chainlink belt and bejeweled sandals.It makes for a lovely summer dress that looks like a proper beautiful dress instead of a bathrobe.It is very nice and I recommend it. The fit is perfect.If you have narrower hips, I'd take one size smaller. But if you large breasts or are a bit wider in the ribcage, take a size up because the dress is meant to be snug around the smallest part of the body. Otherwise it is true to size.I am an hourglass shape with very wide hips, so sometimes even a very generous dress will be tight around the hips. Not this. This dress flows beautifully, cinches a bit under the bustline and the material is not hot as some synthetics can be.

First off, I love this dress. It's super cute and fairly flattering, I think. The biggest issue I have with it is that it shrank a few inches in length when I washed and dried it. I used cold water and low dryer heat, as is my standard since I'm 6' tall and am paranoid about the Puddle-Jumper Paradox.The length isn't a huge issue for me. It hits me about where most RTW maxi dresses and skirts hit about four inches above my ankle. The BIGGEST PROBLEM I have right now is that the slit, after shrinkage, hits me at a high enough point where you can see my underwear when it shifts off to the side. However, I can make this work because I know how to sew and will be stitching it an inch lower and placing a lace applique to give me a few more inches of wiggle room without making it drape weird.The fabric itself is very soft, and while there are a couple minor quality issues (mismatched belt guides, loose threads, etc.), I'm still overall satisfied with my purchase, even if I have to do some repair work before wearing it.

Love the print, the fit is nice, maybe need a little sticky tape for the chest just because of the material. Best I can describe it as, is a nylon type of material it's like slippery & kind of noisy...like the outside of a sleeping bag. However, it is comfy. Don't expect to wear it out of the package, needs some ironing. I bought it for a tiki party & it's perfect for that...I haven't attended the party yet so I'm worried about the breathability. For plus size comparison. I'm always a 2 in dresses at Torrid this one I went with a 3x. Pretty basic sizing if you're used to shopping on Amazon for plus size, I'd size up. I thought it would be too long because I'm only 5 ft 2 but my booty & boobs pull it up. I can wear flip flops with little to no drag.

I bought this dress in a jam for a last minute wedding. The fabric was movable with the wind but not breathable. And the bust was too low. To be honest the print was not my fave and I had to get it altered from the hem, sides and sewed the straps to the sleeves. I’m a 4x in dresses on Shein if that helps. 5’5

This dress fits great in everyway! the only problem i have with it is that's its a little flimsy and see through. I would feel uncomfortable wearing it without a slip or shape wear underneath. i do bike shorts under just because i feel less exposed. for a wedding or something. Maybe if i we're on vacation in hot weather with a bathing suit underneath that would work well. easy to throw on. Overall very cute dress and well fitting. lots of compliments

As stated in the title, this dress was cute and breezy but the sizing is way off! I would not buy from this company again for this reason only.

J'ai commandé 1 robe de la même taille, et celle-ci était un peu trop grande tandis que l'autre me va. Le tissu est super joli mais froissable, penser qu'il faudra le repasser. Ja ne peux pas juger la forme car j'ai customisé la robe pour qu'elle soit plus à mon goût comme j'avais prévu de le faire en l'achetant (plus court et ramener les manches sur les épaules) je suis contente.

Esperaba algo mejor, tela fea y el tamaño grande el estilo pues si bien.

Me quedo muy largo y amplio, pedi 1x yo soy xl pero no habia mas chica y la tela muy delgada no de calidad aun asi se ve bonito pero viene muy amplio di eres pettit te quedará largo al suelo. Pongan tallas g y xl porfavor porque no hay opción

The material is very cheap. Doesn't look as good as on pictures. I'm disappointed.
