It does what it is supposed to do, keep stuff moving. The flavor is ok. You can mix it with some lemonade or juice and you can't really taste it anymore. I'll keep buying more of this stuff.

This works great my blood sugars are way better. I also think it curing a sinus infection. Don't know but it made me feel better.

I use it to make my Eva salve to sell to people and it works perfect. it ground up perfect for it. It saves me money and it saves also for my customers.

Just a warning and a true story....my husband has a heart condition, survived LAD 3 years ago. Was doing just fine. All of a sudden his doc put him on Glimepiride (Amaryl) medication for his glucose. He took it for 2 months with his Lipitor, and Carvidilol Rx meds. No problem. All of a sudden in a store he went whole body sweat, dizzy, anxious and we had to rush to ER. Did all the heart tests, head CTskan for possible stroke. NOTHING! All readings, tests were good and he was put in hospital for observation. 3 days, all good. We found out that the Glimeipiride is a very dangerous drug with 33 interaction side effects. One of the interactions is CACTUS NOPAL!! The Rx med had 33 problems with foods, even aspirin, Warfarin, Coumadin, etc. Taking Nopal WITH this medication was deadly business as can cause brain damage from 3-9 minutes if not taken care of. ER, however, could not pinpoint the problem at all. So its a hidden issue. Love Napol, but just be sure of your interactions on any meds you may be taking. It is very potent on its own and leave it work by itself (if you can). Even our doctors are stymied, but should have known better than to prescribe this with his taking aspirin, which is an interaction as well...and no CoQ10, many things he takes are big no no's.

This tastes good I was thinking it wouldn't what a delightful surprise ok so this helps with high cholesterol and literally sucks the fat out of your intestines yeah so it's pretty cool

I use this for constipation, to lower my blood sugar, and as a very nutritious supplement. This is a very pleasant tasting one.

I put this supplement powder in a smoothie and it was like little pebbles of rocks I could chew on them. I decided to spoon out some in a bowl and I was shocked to see it was loaded with cactus needles and the hard out seed in it. They ground up the whole cactus with out getting rid of the outer danger. This is what the customers are ingesting and don't even realize it. This is very harmful to the kidney and liver overtime. How could they sell something like this which can do more harm than good. Shame on the manufacturer. I tried to sift it with a sifter but the garbage that was in the sifter was unimaginable. I just throw in the trash. Looking at the reviews there were several other customers that discovered the same. Please buyers take caution. This is really bad stuff.
