The drive doesnt fit into the computer properly, I have to wiggle it around to get it to register. I know it's this drive because it doesn't happen with any others.

Possibly dead before first time use.*UPDATED*
I bought the usb for basic use. Followed all the steps with new storage items. Put 7gigs of photos on it. I did the eject option as usual. Went to transfer the photos and the entire drivenis corrupted and refuses to format now. Never got a single use out of it.*UPDATE* Change from 1 star to 3 stars because the customer service was fantastic and quick to respond and solve the issue.

Great space but bulky
I use this USB drive all the time!! It has so much space in it! The only down side is you can't have anything else plugged next to the USB drive this is in because the shoulders block the ports next to it!
